Project Overview
Go Beyond is the internal employee-brand programme for Frank Recruitment Group. After the core logo was developed by an external agency, the wider identity needed a refresh to reflect a more people-centric, optimistic culture. Drawing on insights from a company-wide employee survey, the brief called for a vibrant visual system that would inspire existing staff and attract new talent.

My Role
As project lead, I worked directly with C-suite sponsors and the employee-engagement team to scope requirements, set creative direction and manage delivery. I guided our in-house designers and coordinated with global Facilities teams to ensure the new look reached every regional office—from reception areas to sales floors.

Creative Direction
I introduced an energised colour palette and a flexible typographic system that complemented the existing logo while signalling a fresh chapter for the brand. The identity was anchored by candid, upbeat photography that put real people front and centre. My team and I rolled the visuals across internal documents, presentation decks, social posts and an overhauled careers website geared toward talent acquisition.

Results
The holistic rollout unified the employer brand across continents, visibly boosting morale and engagement. The new identity greeted employees and visitors alike in offices worldwide and underpinned all recruitment communications, strengthening Go Beyond’s position at the heart of the company culture.
