Updating the visual identity of a global recruitment organisation, including full rebuild and redesign of the website, updating all marketing collateral and promotional touchpoints as well as a brand extension for the talent acquisition division.

Project areas

A key focus was enhancing readability and user experience. We employed light backdrops and generous white space throughout the design, creating a clean, uncluttered aesthetic that allows content to breathe and facilitates easier navigation. The identity relies on photography of casual, relaxed people in work environments to reflect the customer-centric values of the company, as well as aligning with similar brand visuals used across the tech ecosystems in which they operate. The result is a cohesive visual identity that resonates with Frank Recruitment Group’s mission and audience, positioning them effectively in the competitive recruitment industry.
