About the project
Project Overview
Revolent was launched as a new brand, built from two internal tech academies previously run under the Mason Frank and Nelson Frank recruitment divisions. As part of Tenth Revolution Group, the goal was to position Revolent as a global leader in certified cloud talent creation, supporting platforms like Salesforce, AWS, and ServiceNow. Rather than a simple rebrand, this was a strategic repositioning. The new identity needed to appeal to both enterprise clients and individuals switching into tech careers, balancing credibility with energy and purpose.
My Role
I worked with the incoming President of Revolent, the CMO of Tenth Revolution Group, and cross-functional teams in L&D and talent acquisition. My role spanned brand strategy, messaging, visual identity, and execution across a wide range of materials, from brochures and internal assets to client presentations and onboarding journeys.
Creative Direction
We reimagined the journey of retraining as an exhilarating transformation, with Revolent positioned not just as a training provider, but as a trusted guide. The core narrative, “Your Tech Adventure Awaits”, framed career change as a bold, empowering step forward.
Visually, we used cinematic metaphors like trails, summits, and compasses to mirror the structure of a hero’s journey, with a brand system designed to express movement, progress, and possibility. Clear visual frameworks helped explain Revolent’s dual-focus model: train professionals, then place them into tech careers.
The tone was confident yet inclusive, a balance of ambition and accessibility that worked across digital, print, and social campaigns.
Results
The brand helped Revolent achieve Authorised Training Provider status with Salesforce and ServiceNow, alongside strategic partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, and Snowflake. The narrative-driven approach and visual clarity proved critical in client acquisition and talent outreach, helping Revolent establish itself quickly in a competitive global market, and positioning it as a mission-led brand built for transformation.
