Project Overview
Tenth Revolution is a global technology talent company, specialising in the ERP, CRM, Data & AI, and Cloud, Development & Security ecosystems. Following a strategic repositioning of the business, the group required a complete rebrand to better reflect its global presence and broad portfolio. This included a change in go-to-market strategy and a total overhaul of the company’s visual identity.
My Role
I led all aspects of design and brand development for this project, from initial concept through to global rollout. Working closely with the CEO and board-level stakeholders, I redesigned the company logo and built out a full suite of brand elements, including colour palettes, typography, iconography, imagery, templates, and layout systems. I liaised with multiple departments across the business to scope their requirements and ensure the brand was practical, adaptable, and consistently applied across every touchpoint.
Creative Direction
This was a significant undertaking that involved aligning all business units and global teams under a cohesive new brand. I produced detailed brand guidelines and a full toolkit to support deployment across digital and print collateral, internal resources, employer brand content, and corporate communications. I also directed the design team in producing supporting materials, including pitch decks, explainer videos, and launch assets, to help communicate the brand’s positioning both internally and externally.
Website Redevelopment
A major component of the project was the redesign and restructure of tenthrevolution.com. I led the UX and visual direction for the new site, creating a cleaner, more accessible interface with improved navigation, updated messaging, and a stronger brand presence across devices.
Results
The rebrand successfully repositioned Tenth Revolution as a forward-thinking, unified global group. The new identity was rolled out across all regions and business functions, enhancing both external perception and internal cohesion. The redesigned website served as the digital anchor for the refreshed brand, supporting the company’s new strategy and increasing visibility across key technology communities.
