Updating the visual identity of the internal employee branding for a global recruitment organisation. Deliverables included revamped colourways, brand guidelines, presentation and social media templates, print brochures, internal employee survey graphics, and office manifestations.

Project areas

To support Frank Recruitment Group in energising and unifying its global workforce, we created a new, bold and people-centric identity, building on the existing Go Beyond employee brand logo. The project centred on developing a vibrant visual style, featuring a bright colour palette and relaxed, authentic imagery that reflects the diverse and energetic nature of the FRG workforce. These elements were designed to boost internal engagement and celebrate the company’s culture from within.

As part of the activation, we delivered a comprehensive office branding toolkit, enabling the rollout of branded manifestations across all FRG offices worldwide – bringing the brand to life in every workspace.
